ActionS
Thought Leadership and Employee Advocacy Initiative
To spearhead the creation of the LinkedIn Guide for the health system’s Thought Leadership and Employee Advocacy Initiative, I initiated collaborative discussions with teammates to establish a comprehensive scope.
Following this, I engaged with a social counterpart to outline the structure and strategy. Drawing from extensive research, I crafted approximately 90% of the written content, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.
Subsequently, my teammates diligently reviewed and proofread the guide, refining its clarity and coherence. Finally, the guide underwent rigorous scrutiny and gained approval from executive leadership, cementing its validity and readiness for implementation.
Once the copy was approved, I worked with a designer to breath life into the visual presentation of the guide so that it was easy to navigate and utilize by our employees.
Executive Presentation Promoting the Initiative
Upon finalizing the LinkedIn Guide for our health systems Thought Leadership and Employee Advocacy Initiative, I embarked on crafting an Executive Presentation to promote the initiative, meticulously outlining its significance, benefits for employees, and forthcoming program developments.
Collaborating closely with a designer, I ensured the presentation's visual layout effectively captured attention and narrated the initiative's narrative coherently.
Subsequently, I diligently composed comprehensive speaker notes tailored for our executive leader, adeptly articulating key points for presentation to the health system's board.
Furthermore, I adeptly tweaked these notes for employee presentations, ensuring consistency and alignment with the initiative's objectives across all levels of engagement.
Results
Our executive leaders were very impressed with the education materials as well as the initiative. I took the presentation and adapted it for presentations with business development directors, training which I led with those teams.
